This Payment Terms Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between The Firm EXP (the "Company") and the Customer (the "Customer"). This Agreement outlines the payment terms and conditions related to the services provided by the Company.
- Pricing and Demand Pricing
1.1. Demand pricing depends on the account and the number of demands that we write.
1.2. Promo codes can be used once per firm. If we find a subsequent use, we will charge the full amount of the demand pricing at the time of submission.
- Fee Schedule
2.1. The Customer's fee schedule is outlined in Appendix A.
2.2. The Customer is responsible for paying any applicable sales tax, use tax, and value-added taxes related to this Agreement.
2.3. All payments under this Agreement, including fees, must be made without any deductions or withholding for taxes imposed by any jurisdiction on the payments required by this Agreement unless such withholding is required by applicable law.
2.4. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all payments are due within 15 days of receiving the demand back.
- Additional Charges and Credits
3.1. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that they may incur additional charges and Credits for the use of services not specified in Appendix A by the Customer, its employees, contractors, and representatives.
3.2. For example, the Customer and its employees, contractors, and representatives may choose to use certain add-ons offered by the Company to prepare a Document, and such add-ons will be Credited on a consumption basis.
- Modifications to Fees and Charges
4.1. During the Term of the Agreement, the Company may introduce new offerings or services to the Customer, which may incur additional fees and charges.
4.2. The Company reserves the right to modify the fees and charges associated with the Services at its sole discretion.
4.3. Any changes to the Agreement's pricing or payment terms will take effect at the start of the next Term's billing cycle (as defined in Appendix A) following notice of such changes.
- Cancellation and Additional Credits
5.1. If the Customer cancels this Agreement and has exceeded the accrued Monthly Credits (as defined in Appendix A), the Cost per Credit (as defined in Appendix A) for such additional Credits will be billed at the start of the following month's billing cycle.

- Pre-Litigation Demand: $250, Excess Pages: $.20 per page, Additional Claimant: $125.00, Revisions: Starting at $75
- Litigation Demand: $325, Excess Pages: $.20 per page, Additional Claimant: $160.00, Revisions: Starting at $75
- MedChron: $200 or $120 add-on, Excess Pages: $.50 per page, Additional Claimant: N/A, Revisions: Starting at $25
*Excess pages are counted as an excess of 800 pages, including all exhibits, cover pages, and any other documentation included in an exhibit package.
**Revisions are due to the addition of records or information that the Customer did not communicate at the time of requesting a Demand or MedChron.
