This inclusive approach provides you with a well-rounded view of each candidate, enabling you to make informed decisions tailored to your firm's needs, culture and expectations.

After reviewing the qualifications and personalities of the applicants, you can make informed decisions on the candidates who align best with the position. Subsequently, extend invitations for interviews to delve deeper into assessing their suitability. This additional step allows you to explore their capabilities and compatibility with your firm, facilitating a comprehensive evaluation for optimal decision-making.

We provide you with flexibility in the interviewing process by offering two options for assessing potential candidates. You have the choice to either invite them for interviews with your team members, ensuring direct engagement, or opt for our assistance in managing the interview process on your behalf. Once you have identified the ideal candidate for the position, you can move forward with the hiring process, confident in your choice after a thorough and tailored evaluation.

Upon selection and hiring through The Firm Exp., candidates are provided with a unique opportunity, if you choose, to spend their initial two days with a seasoned team member at our company. This hands-on experience involves a comprehensive overview of processes, understandings, and reports, ensuring a seamless transition into your firm.

As part of The Firm Exp., the newly hired candidate will receive exclusive access to our Corporate Campus for a 30-day period. For added convenience, you also have the option to enroll your existing employees in the campus by paying an additional service fee. This extended access ensures that your team benefits from a collaborative learning environment and maximizes the integration of new hires into your firm's practices.

This all-encompassing service of our Corporate Campus, not only serves as a valuable resource for non-legal questions related to legal processes, case management, medical records and billing, and negotiations*, but it also includes access to Slack. By paying a monthly service fee, your employees can utilize Slack—an instant messaging service that serves as a platform for addressing all their inquiries. Our dedicated team will be there to answer their questions, and in cases where we cannot provide a solution, we advise them to consult with their supervisor(s).
