The Firm Exp. team will collaborate with your designated contact at the firm to arrange a Zoom/Video interview with the candidate, enabling you to assess their compatibility with the firm, position, and culture.

Our team will collaborate with yours to assess all candidates selected for interviews, ensuring a comprehensive decision on the ideal candidate for this role. We'll handle the background check, new hire paperwork, and oversee the employee onboarding process seamlessly.

The Firm Exp team will diligently review the candidate's fit for a period of 30 days post-hiring, ensuring that all involved parties are confident in the decision made. This ongoing evaluation aims to solidify the alignment between the candidate, role, and organizational objectives, fostering a successful integration into the team.
